For most sole traders, this is everything you need to look professional and stay organised.
Pro AI — let the app do the paperwork
Section titled “Pro AI — let the app do the paperwork”Pro AI includes everything in Standard plus a set of tools that hand the admin to AI so you can stay on the tools:
- Voice-to-Quote — speak a job, get a drafted quote.
- Voice-to-Pre-Quote — dictate a site visit and it’s booked in.
- Receipt OCR — photograph a receipt, let AI read the amounts.
- AI Debt Chasing — polite-but-firm reminders that get you paid.
- Smart Search — find anything in your account by describing it.
- Mileage log, Frequent purchases, custom document styles and a route optimiser.

The Featured add-on
Section titled “The Featured add-on”Want to appear at the top of search results in a specific area? Get Featured is an optional, standalone add-on (around £5/month per postcode district). It’s separate from your subscription — you can use it with or without a plan, and add or remove it any time. Note that without an active subscription your calendar stays private to customers. See Get Featured.
How to choose
Section titled “How to choose”- Just getting started, or happy doing your own admin? Start on Standard.
- Spending evenings on quotes, receipts and chasing invoices? Pro AI usually pays for itself in time saved.
You can switch plans at any time from the Subscription screen — there’s no long contract. See Managing your subscription.
