The Pro AI plan includes everything in Standard, plus a set of tools that hand the paperwork to AI. The idea is simple: you stay on the tools, the app does the admin.

AI smart search
Section titled “AI smart search”Smart search lets you find things in your account by describing them in plain English — “the invoice for the Johnsons’ bathroom”, “receipts from the merchants last month” — instead of remembering exact names or dates. It understands what you mean, not just the words.
Is Pro AI worth it?
Section titled “Is Pro AI worth it?”Pro AI costs a little more than Standard (see Choosing a plan). It tends to pay for itself if you:
- Spend evenings typing quotes → Voice-to-Quote and Voice-to-Pre-Quote.
- Have a glovebox full of receipts → receipt OCR.
- Are owed money you keep meaning to chase → AI debt chasing.
- Do lots of driving between jobs → mileage log + route optimiser.
If admin is eating your evenings, the time saved usually outweighs the cost.
Switching to Pro AI
Section titled “Switching to Pro AI”Upgrade any time from your Subscription screen — the AI tools unlock straight away, and you can drop back to Standard whenever you like.
