How it works

  1. Open Voice-to-Quote.
  2. Talk through the job — what the work is, the materials, the labour, the prices. Speak naturally, as you’d explain it to a mate.
  3. BizzyDay transcribes what you said and turns it into a drafted quote with line items.
  4. Review and tweak — adjust anything, then send.

When it shines

  • On the way back from a pre-quote visit — quote while it’s fresh, before you’ve even reached the van.
  • At the end of the day — reel off the jobs you looked at instead of sitting down to type.
  • Whenever typing is a pain — hands full, out on site, or just not a fan of forms.

Getting the best results

  • Say the numbers. Mention quantities and prices (“about eight metres of…”, “two days’ labour at…”) and they’ll land in the line items.
  • Go in order. Describe the job step by step — materials, then labour, then extras.
  • Mention the extras too. The AI also picks up B2B clients, VAT rates per item, CIS deductions, retention percentages and payment terms — just say them and they’ll be applied.
  • Always review before sending. It’s a draft to check, not to send blind — you’re the expert on the price.
